The Reflections Program is a National PTA and WSPTA cultural arts competition. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to express themselves through their own original works.

Each year, a theme is presented by WSPTA. Students submit an original art entry in any of six arts areas: Visual Arts Photography, Literature, Music, Dance, and Film. Student works are critiqued against others in the same grade division and age. Entries are first judged at the local level and selected works are chosen to represent the PTA at each subsequent level. Once entries reach state-level, the state PTA may select one entry (Outstanding Interpretation Award) per grade division, per arts category (a total of 30) to submit to the National PTA. National first, second, and third place, and honorable mention entries are recognized at the National PTA Annual Convention.
